Please allow up to 7 days for domestic Australian shipping and up to 14 days for International shipping. Allow an extra few days over the peak shipping periods, including seasonal shopping events and product launches for despatch and delivery. If your package is urgent, we suggest using express shipping.
Shipping within Australia is free for orders over $119.90, otherwise a standard shipping fee of $12.95 is applied to each order.
Express Shipping is available for $19.95 and will take 1-4 working days for delivery (location dependent).
Free Shipping in NZ applies to all orders over $119.90, and we offer shipping to the select countries across North America, Asia and Europe with costs dependent on order size. Life of Colour ships to the United States, offering a 5-9 business day service with free shipping on orders over $US99.90 Your orders will be shipped from Sydney, Australia and leverage international couriers and US Postal Service. We have currently paused expedited shipping from Fedex and UPS as our regular service s arriving faster.
We now ship to the UK. Free shipping is given on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 will incur a £9.90 shipping fee. This service is expected to take 5-9 business days and is delivered in conjunction with international couriers and the Royal Mail for delivery. 3-day expedited shipping is available from Fedex for £29.90 for all orders
No refunds are given on late delivery until there has been a full investigation by our shipping providers and the case is closed and items are deemed lost.
Unclaimed Parcels
If your order has been left uncollected at a Post Office or storage location and subsequently returned to Life of Colour, we will refund you order, less a $15.00 return to sender and administration fee. If you want your unclaimed order to be shipped out again, you will have to pay for the additional shipping fee to have the order re-sent.
